Do you have 20/20 vision? Let's face it, most of us aren't blessed with perfect vision any more than we're blessed with perfectly straight teeth. This is why prescription eyewear has been all the rage for so many decades. It's funny how things changed when contact lenses came out. Suddenly everyone wanted the newer and more innovative thing. However, as time moved on, it seemed as though glasses came back in style. To this day I still see oodles of people with eye glasses. Now, keeping that in mind, prescription glasses and contact lenses are not the only solutions in town any more.I would think that laser eye correction would be more prominent in the 21st century than it is. For some odd reason I just assume that everyone would want it. I mean come on, you have the option of attaining 20/20 vision, and all it takes is a simple procedure. It sounds perfectly ideal if you ask me. No more reaching for your glasses in the middle of the night because you heard a strange noise in the living room. Then only to find out that you knocked them off the nightstand. Suddenly you have a criminal standing before. You cringe with horror as he crushes your glasses beneath his boot. Okay, so this is a bit much. Probably straight out of a cheesy film. Regardless, wouldn't it be nice to wake up and not have to bother with any specs? Well, laser eye correction can definitely make this your reality. Oh, and then there are contact lenses.
My wife has made attempts with these three times now. She requires glasses when she is driving. Therefore she thought it would be worth her while to acquire some contact lenses instead. However, no matter how many times she tries, she can't stand it. She hates the way they feel in her eyes. She claims it's nothing like they advertise on the TV. They're always and irksome burden.
