I was definitely getting stronger and was able to lift more than when I first started, but I didn't look any bulkier. I brought this up to my trainer and he suggested that I start taking some body building supplements.

I figured that if a particular body building supplement was effective enough for a pro to use, I might as well try it. After all, I wasn't participating in any sports that regulated the use of body building supplements. I was just trying to bulk up for personal reasons.
Drink water regularly during your workouts and also during the rest of the day.
Warm-up and stretch before each workout and gradually cool-down after each session. Do about 5 minutes of low activity exercises for your warm-ups and cool-downs.
I was all set to purchase these body building supplements so that I could start seeing real gains in muscle mass, but then I saw the price stickers on them. Some of the products my trainer had recommended would cost $100 or more for a one-month supply! As much as I wanted to add body building supplements to my regimen, there was no way I could afford spending that much month after month. I called my trainer right then and there to tell him the news.
I've been taking body building supplements for a couple months now and they've made all the difference in the world. I am finally able to see my gains in muscle mass, and it has done wonders for my confidence and self-esteem.
