I started a weight-training program a few months ago in an effort to bulk up a bit. I was tired of looking like the stereotypical 98-pound weakling and was ready for a change. I was now going to the gym several times a week for supervised lifting sessions with a certified personal trainer. But even after all this time, I hadn't noticed any appreciable gains in muscle.

I was definitely getting stronger and was able to lift more than when I first started, but I didn't look any bulkier. I brought this up to my trainer and he suggested that I start taking some body building supplements.

I went to one of those national nutrition superstores after my training session and started looking around at some of the body building supplements they carried. The variety of products was overwhelming, so I'm glad I had my trainer's list to help me focus my efforts. I figured that if a particular body building supplement was effective enough for a pro to use, I might as well try it. Some of the products my trainer had recommended would cost $100 or more for a one-month supply! As much as I wanted to add body building supplements to my regimen, there was no way I could afford spending that much month after month. I called my trainer right then and there to tell him the news.
He told me not to worry because he knew of several websites that offered the very same body building supplements that I was seeing in the store for about half of the retail prices. After getting the URLs from him, I went home, checked out the sites, and placed my first order for body building supplements.

I've been taking body building supplements for a couple months now and they've made all the difference in the world. I am finally able to see my gains in muscle mass, and it has done wonders for my confidence and self-esteem.
