Family Fitness and Exercise
We have a routine in my house. No one is aloud to pack on the pounds. Now, you may be thinking this is oppressive and cruel, but I assure you it's not. My wife and I decided long ago not to let our children and ourselves adopt poor eating habits and become overweight. So far so good. I am proud to say that my seven year old daughter loves fruit and vegetables. I know that we did a good job when she chooses grapes over chocolate. It's all about what you get used to. Furthermore, a decent family fitness regime is also wonderful, and we've been sticking to one for years. At this point I can't imagine life without it.Finding a Fun Family Fitness Routine

Focus on fun. You can do a lot of walking during trips to the zoo, park, or miniature-golf course.
Include children in household activities like walking the dog, car washing, or lawn mowing.
The great thing about doing these routines
together is the support aspect. You can each offer one another your support and make certain everyone is getting their regular exercise
in. Also, you can keep an eye on what each of you are consuming regularly. I have found that the best way to avoid junk food is to not
bring it into the house. Make sense? It may sound a bit simple as far as solutions go, but I assure you it works. You won't eat it if
it's not there. On the other hand, if there is a bag of chips or box of chocolates in your house, you will eat it. You'll get the sudden
urge and you'll give in. Obliterate the temptation. Keep healthy snack foods around instead. Then this is what you'll end up eating.
So much revolves around convenience.
